One review used extra 100g cottage cheese and only 2 eggs and had some sweetener. Needed to bake 2x longer.

Heat oven to 160°C (Fan)/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
Mix oats and baking powder. Add cottage cheese, eggs and vanilla extract and mix into the oats.
Cut any larger berries in half. Add the fruit to the mixture, and stir in.
Spoon the mixture into individual 10 cm /4" ramekin dishes, or a baking tray or gratin dish.
Bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown.
