Add yeast, sugar and water to KitchenAid mixer bowl, whisk and let sit 5min
Add flour, melted butter, egg, and salt. Combine.
Knead for 10 minutes, medium speed.
Take out, grease bowl, and put back in. Cover and put in warm spot for 1 ½ hours. Put in oven with light on or proof set on.
Punch down. Divide dough into 8 pieces. Roll into balls. Place on parchment lined paper.
Cover with a tea towel for a second rise of 45 minutes.
Brush with an egg wash. Can add sesame seeds (optional).
350 degrees for 15 minutes.
