Blueberry Muffin
  1. Mix milk and eggs till combine

  2. Add half of the oil and mix well

  3. Add the balance oil and mix till well combined

  4. Add sugar and whisk to combine

  5. Combine low protein flour, milk powder and baking powder

  6. Sieve in all the flour and fold to a thick batter

  7. Pipe in paper cup, fill up 50% and place some blueberries

  8. Continue fill till 90% of the cup and place some blueberries on top

  9. Sprinkle streusel on top

  10. Bake at 180C for 20-25mins (timing depending on muffin cup size)
