Spicy Tuna Sushi Roll
  1. Use a bamboo mat covered with plastic wrap to make the sushi roll.

  2. Prepare the sushi rice by mixing 1 ½ cups rice, ¼ cup warmed rice vinegar, 4 tsp sugar, and 1 tsp salt.

  3. Marinate the ½ lb of sushi grade tuna in 2 tbsp siracha, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and green onion.

  4. Lay a nori sheet on the bamboo mat and spread the sushi rice evenly on top.

  5. Add the marinated tuna, cucumber slices, avocado, and sesame seeds on top of the rice.

  6. Carefully roll the sushi using the bamboo mat.

  7. Slice the rolled sushi into pieces and serve.
