Chipotle Steak Pasta
  1. Cook the protein pasta according to package directions and set aside

  2. Season and cook the lean steak to desired doneness, then slice into bite-sized pieces

  3. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, tomato sauce, chipotle peppers with adobo sauce, garlic cloves, and fat free milk until smooth

  4. Heat light butter in a large pan over medium heat

  5. Pour the chipotle sauce into the pan and warm through

  6. Add the cooked pasta and sliced steak to the sauce and toss to combine

  7. Season with garlic salt and black pepper to taste

  8. Garnish with fresh chives and serve
