Mix besan, dahi, water, salt, turmeric, green chili, and ginger paste in a mug
Add eno to the mixture and stir well
Microwave the mug for 2 minutes
Heat oil in a pan for tadka
Add rai and curry leaves to the hot oil
Add water and sugar to the tadka mixture
Add green chili to the tadka
Pour the tadka over the cooked dhokla
Serve hot
