Whipped Chocolate Yogurt Cake
  1. Bloom gelatin in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes.

  2. Add yogurt, cocoa powder, and bloomed gelatin to a blender and puree for a few seconds until smooth.

  3. Pour mixture into preferred container lined with wax or parchment paper and refrigerate for 4+ hours or until firm (best overnight).

  4. Dust with extra cocoa powder, slice, and enjoy!
