Crispy Lacinato Kale Chips
  1. Arrange oven racks to evenly space them in the upper and lower third of the oven. Preheat the oven to 325’F.

  2. Remove and discard thick ribs and stems of kale. Tear into very large pieces. Rinse and spin dry in a salad spinner, only if needed. Dry super thoroughly or they won't get crispy.

  3. Massage kale with oil, nooch, spice mixture using clean hands. Spread out evenly onto two large, rimmed baking sheets.

  4. Bake, turning once halfway through, until crispy, about 18 minutes. Season with additional salt if desired.
