Lay the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
Bake the chicken crust in a preheated 400°F oven for 25 minutes.
Remove the chicken crust from the oven and let it sit on the countertop for 5 minutes.
Add the pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni, basil, and red onions on top of the chicken crust.
Increase the oven temperature to 425°F and bake the pizza for another 10 minutes.
Broil the pizza for a short time to finish it off.
Drizzle the hot honey over the top of the pizza.
