One Pan Pizza Hamburger Helper
  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet with a chopped onion.

  2. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.

  3. Chop pepperoni into fourths.

  4. Once the ground beef is mostly browned add ¼ cup of chopped pepperoni to the middle of the skillet and let it cook for a couple of minutes.

  5. Drain grease from pepperoni and ground beef.

  6. Add minced garlic, beef broth, marinara, milk, and pasta.

  7. Stir well and bring to a simmer.

  8. Cover with a lid and simmer on medium low heat for about 15 minutes (stirring a couple times).

  9. Once pasta is cooked add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and stir.

  10. Top with 1 cup of cheese and let sit on the stove until it melts or pop it under the broiler until the cheese is melted.

  11. Top with dried parsley and serve.
