Pat the branzino dry with a paper towel.
Combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cajun spice, then rub over the fish.
Heat skillet on medium heat. Melt the butter.
Add branzino fillets skin side down. Cook 3 minutes.
Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes.
