  1. Slice onions and fry in 10 ml vegetable oil until crispy

  2. Season fried onions with 1 g salt and 1 g sweet paprika

  3. Layer mozzarella and cheddar on the crispy onions to form a roll base

  4. Brown 400 g beef in 15 ml vegetable oil

  5. Season beef with 2 g salt, 1 g black pepper, and 1 g sweet paprika

  6. Mix light mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickled cucumbers juice, 1 g black pepper, 1 g salt, and 1 g sweet paprika to make the sauce

  7. Assemble the roll by layering the cheese-onion base, cooked beef, Iceberg lettuce, pickled cucumbers, and sauce
