  1. In a stand mixer bowl, combine all the ingredients and knead the dough for about 8 minutes. If you're kneading by hand, it will take around 10 minutes to achieve a soft dough.

  2. The dough should be soft, smooth, and not sticky. Place it in a lightly greased bowl and let it proof for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.

  3. In colder months, you can place the bowl near a stove with a low flame, while in warmer months, keep it in a cool area outside the kitchen to prevent over-proofing.

  4. Once the dough has risen, divide it into 15 pieces, each weighing about 60 grams. You can estimate the weight or use a scale for accuracy.

  5. Arrange the pieces in a lightly greased 9x13 inch oven-proof pan, whether ceramic or aluminum. Cover the pan and let the dough rise for an additional 30 minutes.

  6. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  7. After the second rise, place the puffed slider buns in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until they are golden brown.

  8. Once baked, brush some melted butter over the warm buns and cover them to cool slightly.

  9. Enjoy these delicious, soft, and airy buns warm with a spread of salted butter.
