  2. Brine the chicken breasts for 6-8 hours.

  3. Make the seasoned coater with all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, 2 tsp Morton's kosher salt, MSG, nonfat milk powder, baking powder, white pepper, and mustard powder.

  4. Make the milk wash by reconstituting nonfat milk powder and adding eggs.

  5. Fry the brined and coated chicken in peanut oil at 325°F for about 4 minutes and 20 seconds.

  6. Toast the buns and assemble the sandwich with the fried chicken and Vlasic pickles.
