For lemon-scented all-purpose cleaner: Place lemon peels in a jar and pour white vinegar over it until peels are submerged. Wait one to two weeks for the peels' natural oils to infuse with the vinegar. When it's ready, strain out the peels and combine the vinegar with water in a 1:1 ratio in a spray bottle.
For glass cleaner: Mix 2 cups water, ½ cup vinegar, and ¼ cup 70% rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle.
For toilet cleaner: Mix ⅓ cup liquid castile soap, 2 cups water, 2 tablespoons baking soda, and a drop of essential oils for scent (optional) in a large bottle. Shake well to combine everything. Pour over the toilet lid and rim as you would a bleach-based cleaner.
