Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk and peanut butter until well blended and no peanut butter chunks remain.
Add in remaining ingredients and whisk until completely combined. The batter will be very thick and may be difficult to whisk near the end. You can switch to stirring with a spatula or spoon if needed.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Bake in oven for about 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let bread cool completely before removing and slicing.
