Potsticker Soup With Mushrooms & Bok Choy
  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat

  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant

  3. Pour in broth, soy sauce, and rice vinegar, bring to a gentle boil

  4. Add mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes

  5. Add potstickers and cook according to package directions

  6. Stir in bok choy and cook 1–2 minutes until just wilted

  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, serve hot
