Tenderize the chicken by breaking up the tissues
Cut the chicken into the desired shape
Add 100 ml of water, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, a bit of sugar, and white pepper to the chicken
Add half an egg white and massage the mixture
Add 10 g of corn flour and mix well
Add oil on top to stop oxidation
Heat up the oil and fry the chicken until crispy
Add the vegetables and season to your liking
