Turkish Beans With Cous Cous
  1. Start by cooking your cous cous to packet instructions with a stock cube.

  2. Get your yoghurt in a bowl with the minced garlic, lemon juice and zest and some salt and mix.

  3. Get some butter in a pan with the harissa paste, add in the butter beans and cook for a few minutes and season.

  4. Once your Cous Cous is cooked, add to a bowl with the extra virgin olive oil, fresh mint and parsley and salt and pepper.

  5. Plate up the yoghurt, top with the Cous Cous and then the harissa beans and the salad toppers and more herbs and enjoy!
