First, remove the husk from the corn and remove as many strands as possible.
Then, wash the corn.
Turn the griddle on to medium heat; once the griddle is hot, add avocado oil and then the corn.
Cook the corn on all sides until it starts to char.
Next, add a few tablespoons of water to the griddle to start steaming the corn. Repeat this process until the corn is tender. If you have a dome, you can place it over the corn to help speed up the steaming process.
