First, pop your Biscoff biscuits in a food processor and blitz until they’re all sandy – no chunks left!
Add in the condensed milk and blend again until you’ve got a thick, sticky mixture.
Using an ice cream scoop, shape this mixture into bite-sized balls.
Place them in the freezer for an hour to firm up – this will make dipping much easier!
Melt your white chocolate in the microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway so it’s nice and smooth.
Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, coating it well.
