Dice your onions, green onions, and carrots into small pieces and mince your garlic
Thinly slice your chicken
In a blender, add in your chicken bone broth and cooked rice and blend for 5-10 seconds to make your rice porridge
In a meal prep container, add half of your sesame oil, onions, green onions, minced garlic, carrots, rice porridge, and sliced chicken. Repeat for the other container.
Seal both containers and place in a fridge overnight to freeze.
When ready to enjoy, take one container out of the freezer and microwave for 15 seconds to loosen the kit from the container.
In a pot on high heat, add ½ a cup of water and drop in your frozen rice porridge kit to let it melt.
Constantly stir the porridge as it cooks then lower to medium low heat and let it simmer to avoid the rice from burning or sticking to the pot.
Season the porridge with salt and pepper to taste, top it off with soy sauce and sesame seeds, and enjoy!
