Preheat oven to 425°
Mix cheeses and seasonings together, form into rounds on parchment paper, bake for about 6 to 12 minutes, let cool slightly, then shape into taco shells
For the Caesar dressing: Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, grated garlic, and olive oil together
Add grated parmesan to the dressing
Add 2-3 tbsp water to thin the dressing to desired consistency
Fill the cheese taco shells with pre-cooked chicken and Caesar salad
