Homemade Egg Noodles
  1. Mix the flour, salt and baking powder.

  2. Add eggs and milk and mix well.

  3. Dough will be sticky but pull away from side of bowl.

  4. Now add a little flour at a time and work in until dough is no longer wet and can be handled easily.

  5. Roll thin.

  6. Cut into noodles either with a knife or a noodle cutter.

  7. Hang on rack to dry until ready to add to broth.
