Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces
Marinate the chicken with buttermilk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and mixed herbs
Mix well and set aside
Combine plain flour with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and mixed herbs
Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture
Dip coated chicken in cold water
Coat again in the flour mixture and toss out excess flour
Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy
