  1. In a skillet (large enough for the gravy to cook in) cook the chorizo or medium heat until done, which is about 10 minutes or until the temperature of the chorizo reaches 170. Do not drain.

  2. Add flour, garlic powder and salt, and stir with a whisk until combined.

  3. Add milk and whisk frequently, cooking for about 3 minutes or until gravy thickens.
