Greek Salata
  1. Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into big chunks

  2. Peel the onions, slice finely

  3. Cut the cucumber in half lengthways and remove the seeds with a spoon. Then cut in half again and dice into small cubes

  4. In a large bowl, mix all the prepped vegetables together. Season with salt, pepper and dried oregano

  5. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing until they come together. Add to the bowl with the salad ingredients and mix well

  6. Add the carob rusks and mix everything again lightly

  7. For the final touch, add the galomizithra or feta cheese on top, then finish with more olive oil. Serve and enjoy
