  1. Mash the malt and Bappir at temperatures between 65-75° Celsius.

  2. Boil the mixture for 60 minutes, adding sugars and spices.

  3. Cool the wort in cold water.

  4. Transfer to a brewing vessel and add yeast.

  5. Ferment the beer, measuring alcohol content before and after.
