This no-bake recipe re-creates the flavors of Afar's Everything Bagel bar using whole-food ingredients.

Prep the crisps: In a large bowl, combine the soy protein crisps and brown rice crisps.
Combine wet ingredients: In a separate, microwave-safe bowl, combine the almond butter, tapioca syrup, and olive oil. Microwave in short bursts until softened and easy to stir.
Mix: Add the wet ingredients to the dry crisps and mix well until everything is evenly coated.
Add seasonings: Stir in the dried minced garlic, dried minced onion, poppy seeds, black sesame seeds, and salt.
Press and chill: Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Cut and store: Once firm, lift the parchment paper to remove the bar block from the pan. Cut into individual bars and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
