Chicken Karahi
  1. Add the ghee or oil to a pan.

  2. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned.

  3. Add the tomatoes, chilies, ginger, garlic, and onion. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Add the red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and ginger paste. Mix well.

  5. Add the fried or dried onions and yogurt. Gently mix and keep on low heat, covered, to prevent curdling.

  6. Garnish with coriander before serving.
