French Onion Impossible Quiche Recipe
  1. Heat oil in a small saucepan. Add onions and cook over low heat with a lid on for 10 minutes, stirring often, until very soft and starting to caramelise. Add sugar and vinegar and cook for a further 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.

  2. Preheat oven to 180C fan-forced. Grease a deep 24cm pie dish.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Whisk in flour and soup mix until smooth. Stir through cheese, parsley and caramelised onions. Pour into prepared dish.
