Crispy Honey Chilli Beef & Chips
  1. Thinly slice the lean steak

  2. Mix cornflour with egg and egg white to create a coating

  3. Coat the sliced steak in the egg and cornflour mixture

  4. Fry the coated steak until crispy

  5. Finely chop garlic cloves and grate ginger

  6. Dice onion, red pepper, and red chilli

  7. Combine dark soy sauce, honey, and reduced sugar sweet chilli sauce to make the sauce

  8. Add the garlic, ginger, onion, red pepper, and red chilli to the cooked beef

  9. Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables and toss to combine

  10. Cut potatoes into chips and spray with oil

  11. Season chips with salt and bake or fry until crispy

  12. Plate the crispy honey chilli beef with chips

  13. Garnish with spring onion
