Salmon Croquettes (salmon Patties) | Keto, Low-carb
  1. Combine all ingredients (minus the grapeseed oil) in a mixing bowl, and stir/mix very well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  2. Form 6 evenly sized patties. Each patty is about a ½ cup of mix.

  3. Place on a baking sheet or large plate and freeze for at least 2 hours. You can also refrigerate the patties overnight. This step helps them solidify and keeps them from falling apart when cooking.

  4. In a stovetop skillet, over medium high heat, heat the cooking oil and cook the patties for 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.

  5. Top with lemon juice, additonal fresh dill, and sauce of choice (sour cream, tartar sauce, or dill sauce).
