High Protein Avocado Toast
  1. Toast the Bread - Spread butter on both sides of your bread and toast in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.

  2. Add avocado and mash it right over your toast (this step saves a dirty dish!) Sprinkle on everything bagel seasoning.

  3. Spread your cottage cheese over the top, going almost to the edges.

  4. Grate the boiled egg over the top using the small holes of a box grater.

  5. Drizzle honey over the top and add your red pepper flakes to taste. Enjoy right away.
