No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars
  1. Mix together 2 cups oats, ½ cup almond or peanut butter, ¼ cup honey or maple syrup, 2 tablespoons softened butter or coconut oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to create the oatmeal base

  2. Press the oatmeal base into a lined pan

  3. Melt ¾ cup chocolate and mix with ¼ cup almond or peanut butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla to create the fudge layer

  4. Pour the fudge layer over the oatmeal base

  5. Refrigerate until set
