Bang Bang Chicken Salad
  1. Place all bang bang sauce ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined

  2. Loosen the sauce with a little water if needed

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired

  4. Shred the rotisserie chicken breast with your hands

  5. Prep all the vegetables by shredding the carrot, slicing the cucumber and lettuce, and chopping the spring onions

  6. Place the chicken and vegetables into a mixing bowl along with a little bang bang sauce and homemade chilli oil

  7. Toss well and transfer to a serving platter

  8. Top with extra bang bang sauce and garnish with peanuts, sesame seeds and spring onions
