Dumpling Lasagne
  1. Mix all filling ingredients together until well combined and slightly sticky

  2. Spoon a layer of filling into the bottom of a lightly greased ramekin and top with a wonton wrapper

  3. Repeat layering filling and wrapper, gently pressing down as you go (3 layers of each)

  4. Pour 2 tbsp water into each ramekin before the final wrapper goes on and seal with a wrapper on top

  5. Place ramekins in a large pot with water coming halfway up the sides, cover and steam for 20 minutes until the pork is cooked through and the wrappers are tender

  6. Drizzle generously with chilli oil and finish with green onions and sesame seeds

  7. Eat straight from the ramekin while it's hot
