Fudgy Chocolate Chip Sticks
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F.

  2. Add tahini paste, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, sweetener and cocoa powder in a large bowl. Mix until just combined. The batter should be a rich, deep brown. Don’t overmix.

  3. Stir in the chocolate chips or chopped chocolate.

  4. On a parchment-lined baking tray, arrange the batter into a long, thin rectangle (it will expand in the oven).

  5. Sprinkle with sea salt on top.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes.

  7. Enjoy fresh out of the oven or freeze them for a deliciously cold treat!
