Heat 1 TBLSP EVOO in a frying pan
Add the white onion and the white part of the green onion. Cook until sweated & translucent.
Add the garlic and ginger.
Cook until the onions take on a bit of color.
Add the ground beef, salt & pepper. As the beef is cooking, work it so it breaks into small pieces.
Once the beef is browned a bit, remove grease and turn the heat down to medium/medium low.
Add the paprika, cumin, curry powder, turmeric, chili flakes and beef broth.
Cook until the beef stock reduces a bit, then add the green part of the green onion and the peas. Heat through.
Serve over a bed of Basmati rice. Garnish with fresh Cilantro.
