4-ingredient Protein Naan
  1. Reserve about a tablespoon of flour for dusting. Combine the rest of the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

  2. Add the greek yogurt and mix until all ingredients are combined (it'll be crumbly).

  3. Knead the dough until smooth. Add yogurt or flour as needed to get a smooth consistency.

  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal-sized pieces. Roll each ball of dough with your hands and dust with reserved flour.

  5. Use a rolling pin to flatten each ball to about ⅛ - ¼ inch thick.

  6. Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.

  7. Once it's hot, place the naan in the skillet. Cook for a couple of minutes on the first side until browned and puffed. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown.

  8. Brush the cooked naan with ghee and sprinkle with minced garlic and chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
