Start by seasoning your meat with salt and pepper and slice into bite sized cubes.
In a hot soup pot sauté your garlic and onions until softened. Add your meat and season with paprika and caraway seeds. Mix until everything is combined.
Add your chopped bell peppers along with tomatoes and mix.
Add beef stock until the pot is filled and allow to simmer for 1-1.5 hrs minutes or until meat is tender before adding the rest of your vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with chopped parsley and enjoy!
