Add strawberries to a bowl with balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, and black pepper. Mix and spread on a baking tray and roast in 350F oven for 25 mins until sticky and jammy. Cool thoroughly.
In a food processor, process feta, greek yogurt, olive oil, salt and pepper until smooth and creamy. Spread in a shallow bowl.
Top the whipped feta with the jammy strawberries, drizzle with olive oil and basil.
Serve the whipped feta with the crusty baguette.
