Berry Beetroot Smoothie
  1. Peel the ginger if using fresh - roughly chop the beetroot

  2. Add the beetroot, berries, orange juice, ginger, seeds, maple syrup and seeds (if using) and cold water to a blender - blitz until smooth and vibrant pink

  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately, or store in a sealed bottle in the fridge for up to 24 hours
