5 Minute Salsa
  1. Combine chilis, garlic, onion and jalapeño in a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped.

  2. Add tomatoes, lime juice, cilantro along with, chili powder and salt.

  3. Continue to pulse until uniform but still slightly chunky.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.

  5. Serve with tortilla chips, on eggs, or tacos.
