Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon powder, and mixed nuts together.
Thaw the paratha slightly.
Shape one paratha into a ball, then stretch and flatten the edges carefully.
Add 2 teaspoons of the sugar filling into the centre.
Seal it tightly and place it onto a pan.
Gently press it at first.
Once one side turns brown, flip it over and flatten it firmly.
When both sides become golden brown, it’s done.
