Roasted Lemon Herb Chicken w/ Potatoes
  1. Wash Chicken & marinade in Onion, Garlic, Olive Oil, Herbs, Lemon juice, Salt, Pepper & Chicken spices.

  2. Leave for minimum 2 hours.

  3. Preheat your Oven to 220°C.

  4. Put chicken, skin side down in an Oven Casserole & add the Potatoes, Onions & Garlic. add ½ cup of Water to the bottom.

  5. Put in the Oven for 20-25 minutes, then turn the Chicken to the other side (Skin side up) & leave it to cook for more 25 minutes, till the Skin side is roasted.
