Wash Chicken & marinade in Onion, Garlic, Olive Oil, Herbs, Lemon juice, Salt, Pepper & Chicken spices.
Leave for minimum 2 hours.
Preheat your Oven to 220°C.
Put chicken, skin side down in an Oven Casserole & add the Potatoes, Onions & Garlic. add ½ cup of Water to the bottom.
Put in the Oven for 20-25 minutes, then turn the Chicken to the other side (Skin side up) & leave it to cook for more 25 minutes, till the Skin side is roasted.
