Korean Comfort Soup
  1. Prep your veggies.

  2. Press the "SAUTE" function on your IP and saute your meat until half way cooked.

  3. Add your radish pieces, soy sauce for soup, sesame oil, minced garlic, and Gochugaru and saute everything together for 3 minutes.

  4. Add 6 cups of water, bean sprouts and scallions. (Optional: if you have fish sauce, add 1 tsp of it here.)

  5. Close the lid to your IP and cook on "SOUP" setting (10 minutes, high pressure.)

  6. When done, QR and add salt and pepper to your liking. Serve with rice and enjoy!
