Anti-inflammatory Fro-yo Bites
  1. Prepare the Berry Core: In a small bowl, thoroughly mash the berries with a fork. Stir in the chia seeds + maple syrup, then let it sit for a few minutes to allow the chia to swell + thicken.

  2. Shape + Initial Freeze: Spoon 2-tablespoon-sized circles of the berry mixture onto a tray lined with parchment paper. Transfer them to the freezer for 1 - 2 hours until they are completely firm + solid.

  3. The Yoghurt Coating: Drop each frozen berry disc into the yoghurt. Use a spoon to coat them entirely so you get a thick, even outer layer.

  4. Final Set: Place the coated bites back onto the parchment paper tray. Freeze for another 30 minutes until the yoghurt shell is perfectly frozen + set.
