Lash your beef, vegetables, seasoning and stock to your slow cooker and leave on low for 7-8 hours
Add some gravy granules at the end if you want to thicken it up
Then use the lid from your slow cooker to cut out your puff pastry lid and place this on top then brush with a beaten egg
Bake at 200 degrees in the oven for around 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
