Dumpling Lasagna
  1. Combine ground pork, scallions, grated garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, chili crisp, rice vinegar, and white pepper in a bowl

  2. Gently mix the filling with your hands and set aside

  3. Grab a small baking dish or individual ramekins

  4. Dip wonton wrappers quickly in water and layer into the bottom of the dish

  5. Spread a thin layer of the pork mixture on top of the wrappers

  6. Repeat layering wrappers and pork mixture until you run out of space or ingredients

  7. Finish with a layer of wrappers on top

  8. Pour 1 to 2 tablespoons of chicken broth or water over the top to keep everything juicy

  9. Carefully transfer to a steamer, cover, and steam for about 25 minutes

  10. Drizzle with extra soy sauce, chili crisp, scallions, and sesame seeds before serving
